Bacon Chocolate Chips


What’s three things that shouldn’t go together but totally do? These Beehive Bacon Bombs, made with chips dipped in chocolate and coated in our Beehive Streaky Bacon. Super simple and very moreish. The salty & sweet combo has great crunch factor and deliciousness all in one.


  1. Preheat to 200°C (180ºC fan oven) and line a large baking tray.
  2. Cook our Beehive Streaky Bacon for 15 minutes or until super crispy.
  3. Melt chocolate either in microwave or on stove top.
  4. Dip each potato chip about halfway into the bowl of melted chocolate.
  5. Cut up the bacon so it’s easy to sprinkle.
  6. Coat each chocolate covered chip with bacon (basically slather that bacon on).
